Medical diagnosis: cellulitis, diverticulitis, GI bleed, Etoh, Abd pain, abcesses. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Fuller unit has 41 beds We are primarily post-op and trauma patients. We have a level 2 trauma center so we keep most of the trauma patients as well as receive patients from other facilities. we have 22 beds with telemetry. Our staff are basic dysrhythmia trained. The Resource nurse’s are required to have ACLS. We have a RRN on every shift for leadership support. We also have LNA’s to support the patients and nursing staff. One LNA for every 12-15 patients. We utilize tele sitters fort those patients not quite needing a 1:1. Special Equipment: no lift equipment, Bux traction, chest tubes, external fixators, telemetry. Orientation: 24hrs.
