Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Telemetry / Med Surg – Cardiac Medical Monitor Unit 2 North
Shift: Nights, 7p-7a (12×3) 36 hours per week, EOW rotation
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OK license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years recent related medical/telemetry experience in a medium to large sized facility
- Epic experience required
- Medical experience with Telemetry experience required
- AHA BLS
- ACLS preferred
- EMR Used: EPIC
- Availability to float is required
- Patient contact may include COVID-19 patients
- Patient population includes Pre and Post catheterization, Pacemaker and EP study patients; chest pain etiology unknown, cardiac dysrhythmia, CHF, hypertension, syncope, abdominal pain and others
- Must be comfortable caring for and monitoring post cardiac procedural patients.
- MUST have telemetry proficiency; will be required to pass a Dysrhythmia and Medication test upon start of assignment.
