Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU 1 48’s
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
6 weekend shifts per 6 week scheduleHolidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Requirements:
  • GA / compact license
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH, CCRN preferred

1 year experience minimumUnit accepts 1st time travelerPatient Diagnosis: Critically ill medical/surgical patients including but not limited to: sepsis, cardiac arrest, renal failure, cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, alcohol/drug overdose and withdrawal, post-op surgical care, gastrointestinal bleeding, end of life/comfort care, and COVID-19 complications.Unit Details: Our ICU is a split unit, totaling 12 ICU beds. Our original ICU is 6 beds, located on the 2nd floor. During COVID-19 surge, ICU took over a short stay unit permanently. So we now have an additional 6 ICU beds on the 1st floor.
