Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local RN – Neuro ICU SE11 – Inpatient 36’s

Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, every other weekend/holiday.

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • OH License
  • At least 2 years nursing experience
  • Must have 2 years of Neuro experience and/or 2 years comprehensive stroke center experience in a large hospital with some Neuro experience
  • Must read and interpret strips
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
  • EPIC required
  • Trauma Level I Experience preferred
Other Details:
  • Local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility
  • Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

MUST HAVE 2 years of Neuro EXP and/or 2 years comprehensive stroke center experience in a large hospital with some Neuro exp
MUST HAVE at least 2 years nursing experience (RN).
Fast paced ICU treating neurological diseases and disorders seizures strokes- comprehensive stroke center. Also treat overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Job Requirements: ACLS BLS NIHSS – must read and interpret strips
Unit: 60508MVH, SE11 NEURO INTENSIVE CARE UNIT MVH- INPATIENT
