Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel LPN – Clinic
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered MT LPN license
- 1 year experience
- BLS
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- EMR -Epic
- Responsible for, but not limited to nursing duties such as: assessments, assisting providers with procedures, calling patients with test results, prescription refills, filing, ordering medical supplies, and additional duties as assigned by provider and/or Clinic Director
- Requires excellent people skills, strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology
