Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg Float
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, Sat/Sun/Mon, blocked weekends
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
This position is for blocked weekends. Please confirm upon submittal your traveler is OK with the blocked weekend schedule.
Requirements:*VA State license or compact in hand*NIH, BLS Required. ACLS preferred. Ok to submit without.*ALL RTO must be provided at Submittal. NM will not approve additional RTO after an offer is given.*Recent MS, MS/Tele, MS Float pool experience required.*RTO Blackout – 4/1/24 – 4/5/24
Shift Information:*Blocked weekends, Fri-Sun*Float Pool RN will be expected to float to the following units: 4 Medical, 2 Gen Surg, 2 Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ED*Typical ratios: Days 1:5; Nights 1:6
RN will be given a schedule 4 weeks in advance. Facility tries to schedule RN on the same 1-2 units so they can gain familiarity, however they may be pulled to any unit within the complex. RN’s should not be pulled more than once per 12-hour shift (and will rarely be pulled mid-shift).
