Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU
Shift: Nights/ 6:45p-7:15a, 12×3, 36hrs/week, EOWLength: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVIDWe need strong, independent experienced nurses to float our ICUs. If we do not have ICU needs they will be expected to float to our floors as a staff nurse. The nursing office staffs: Oncology, Neurology, Med Surg, Medicine, Trauma, Heart and Vascular and COVID.Ratio: 2:1 on ICU’s for all shiftsWill float to inpatient floors when needed with ratio of no more 1:3. Will float to inpatient floors if needed, float to non-critical care units if census is low in ICU, and may be asked to utilized as a patient sitter if needed.Every other weekend requiredSpecial Procedures/Unit Details:Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVIDDoes not require specific CVICU experiencePREFERRED (not required) Cardiac Skill Set:Swans-hemodynamic interpretationIABP, Impella, ECMOVasoactive dripsCRRTBCLS, ACLS requiredChemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferredVents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation requiredTriage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred2 years experience requiredWill not accept first time travelers

- 2 years experience required
- Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation required
- BLS, ACLS
- Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred
- Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, CRRT preferred
- Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred
