Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC

Shift: Mids, 2p-10:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WA license
  • 2 years of Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
  • BLS

Other Details:

  • Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation
  • Charting: Net Solutions
  • First-Timers Accepted
  • Local within 50 mile radius
  • Float typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

Long Term Care LPN – Seattle, WA– Start Date: ASAP– Shift: 8hr Eves (1400 – 2230)– Ratios: 1:15-25– Years of Experience REQ: 2 YRs of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience– First-Timers Accepted: Yes– Weekend REQ: Every other weekend– Certs REQ: BCLS– Is on-call REQ? No– Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas– Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local†within 50 mile radius– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
