Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele A3N 48’s
Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, will also consider 36 hrs
Length: 13 weeks
Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Requirements:
  • IN/compact license
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • BLS
  • Skillset Preferences: Required Charge Nurse, Telemetry, and IV Start
Other Details:
  • Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Local – ICU, PCU and M/S Peds and Adult RNs residing in the state of Indiana are considered local and will be accepted
MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS. TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.Teaching facilities and require all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment.
