Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU ONS 48’s
Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week
Length: 16 Weeks
Weekend Rotation: Could be scheduled for up to 4 out of the 6 weekends, which include Fri, Sat & Sun
Requirements:

Requirements:
- SD License
- 1 year nursing experience
- Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
- Previous experience with our types of patients above, including IMC/stepdown and neuro
- Ability to read/interpret cardiac strips, wound care, line management, drain/tube management, drip titration of below medications
- NIHSS
- ACLS
- BLS
- Epic strongly preferred
- Accepts 1st time travelers if greater than 1 year experience
- 1st time travelers must have EPIC experience
- Must live 100 miles away
- Must wait 1 full year before returning as a traveler
- This is a mixed acuity unit meaning there will be Intermediate Care acuity as well as Tele and MedSurg
- Floating to any Adult Inpatient Unit – Med Surg, Ortho/Neuro/Surgical, Heart and Vascular Unit, Oncology, Observation
- Patient Ratios: RN: PCU: 1:4-5
