Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12×4, 48hrs per week, Will also accept 36’s

Length: 13 – 26 weeks

Requirements:

• NC License
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Skills: Telemetry AND PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias and remote monitoring required
• Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, and Sheath Removal experience required
• Accessing ports, Blood Product Administration, central Line/care management, PICC line management, Cardiac drip-titrate Diltiazem and Amiodarone, Post cardiac cath experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH preferred
• Charge experience preferred

• Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.

JOB DETAILS:Ratios: 1:6-7Shift: NIGHT 3×12-Hour 36 or 48 hours. If 48 THEN NO OT BILLED UNTIL AFTER 48 Will accept 13-26 week contracts!RTO: 7 days MAX; NO RTO 4/29-5/17/24Float Requirement: YES REQUIREDWeekend Requirement: 4 per 6 weeksContract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Unit monitors cardiac patients. Cardiac Drips (Dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dopamine, etc). Sheaths Pulls, TR Bands, Femstop
