Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – Fitch Unit
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a (12×3) 36 hours per week, EOW Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• NH License
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must have 2 years medsurg experience
• Skills: Med/Surg, Feeding tube care and management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, starting IVs, Nasal Cannula, EPIC
• BLS
• CPI, MS/Tele preferred
  

Other Details:

• UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, EPIC, bedside standardized shift report
  
• Traveler Experience: No first time travelers
• Floated to ICU, ED, and other Medsurg Units
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  
• Locals Accepted
• Travelers within 50 miles of facility
  

13 weeks or until 9/7/24 end date accepted!

Float Requirement: EOW, Floating Expectations •Helping Hands/ Team Nursing approach •Will assist in being Floated to ICU, ED, and other Medsurg Units •Patient Sitting You will not take a patient that does not match your clinical assignment or team

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, EPIC, bedside standardized shift report


UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours – 1st day: tour, computer modules and then floor when finished. Day 2&3 – on floor with a nurse


SCRUBS: Any
