Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Holiday as needed
On call M-F
Will work some weekends
Requirements:
- DC License
- 2 years’ experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years clinical experience in acute care setting along with one or more years Case Coordination experience performing discharge or transition planning from the inpatient or skilled facility setting or 1 or more years’ experience conducting inpatient utilization management and case coordination applying industry standard criteria
- EPIC experience
- BCLS
- CCM preferred
- Float as needed within skills set
