Must be able to manage two vent patients with multitasking on multiple drip titrations
BLS
ACLS
NIH
EPIC experience preferred
CPI and TNCC are preferred
Surgical ICU and trauma level II experience preferred

CRRT is common on the unit as well as open hearts. We have seen an increase in IABP and Impella.
