Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – SNF
Shift: Days / 6:30a-7p (12×3) 36 hours per week, EOW, Holiday rotation
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
SKILLED NURSING AND REHAB UNITS IN A LTC FACILITY
PRIMARY CARE/TOTAL PATIENT CARE!!

Shift: Listed in Job Order
Ratios: 1:17-20 – Direct Patient Care, Up to 20 Patients
Years of Experience REQ: 1 Year Minimum
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: E/O Weekend required upon request of center
Certs REQ: MUST have IV Cert before starting – can we subbed with this pending
Is On-Call REQ?: No
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A
Open to accommodating block schedule?: N/A
Locals Accepted: Yes

Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation
Rehab with strong Med/Surg and acute care experience helpful, but not required
Dementia training/experience highly recommended.
Excellent customer service is a must.
Special equipment- Lifting equipment
Will accept first time travelers
