Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Cath Lab

Shift: Days / 7:30a-4p, 8×5, 40 hrs/week. M-F. Every Third Weekend.

Length: 13 weeks

Call Requirement: Every 3rd week, all week: Mon-Fri from 4:30pm till 730 am. Sat and Sun 24 hours for emergent IR and STEMI only.

Requirements:

  • NC License
  • 2 Years’ Experience
  • Skills: IR experience required Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry. Willing and have provided STEMI call in the past
  • Cath Lab and IR experience is required
  • ACLS, BCLS, NIH
  • IV Start, Triage, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation preferred

JOB DETAILS:Target Ratios: 3:4Shift: day shiftAll staff practice weekly rotation providing procedure coverage for all services listed. 24/7 call coverage for STEMI/emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures.RTO: 7 days MAXCall Requirement: Every 3rd week, all week: Mon-Fri from 4:30pm till 730 am. PATIENT DIAGNOSES:Cath Lab and IR experience is required. Call required: Every 3rd week, all week: “Mon-Fri from 4:30pm till 730 am. Sat and Sun 24 hours for emergent/STEMI onlyâ€.The department consist of interventional radiology, invasive cardiology and EP device implant procedures.85%/15% split with IR being the 85%All staff practice weekly rotation providing procedure coverage for all services listed.Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, 24/7 call coverage for STEMI/emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology) with an approximate 855/15% split with IR being the 85%. We cover STEMI call. We have 3 teams of 3 team members. Our teams consist of at least one nurse and two other team members. Our technologists do not push drugs at RMC. We also do EP procedures.
