Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs per weekLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • AK license
  • 1 year acute or subacute Case Management/Care Coordinator experience
  • BLS
Others:
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
  • The traveler’s permanent address cannot be located within 50 miles of the facility
Case Manager RN5×8 Days (40Hrs)Alaska RN license required in hand1 year acute or subacute Case Management/Care Coordinator experienceReview per Case Manager Clinical Track but NO UR EXPERIENCE NEEDED• Admission Criteria• Discharge Planning• Care Coordination• Utilize one of the following: Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria (please identify which is required)• Regulatory experience• Computerized documentationHousing and rental car provided by the facility during the assignment.The traveler’s permanent address cannot be located within 50 miles of the facility.If traveler has worked as permanent staff member for Providence they must be separated for 3 months prior to starting any traveler contracts.
