Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Management
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per weekLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • MA License
  • Minimum of 2+ years case management experience working independently in an acute or post-acute setting or a minimum of 1 year experience independently coordinating transitions of care in the healthcare setting with knowledge of community resources.
  • Must have recent hospice experience
  • AHA BLS
  • CCM certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Interqual and Allscripts systems preferred
Other Details:
  • Ability to identify appropriateness of patients admission and level of care needs (inpatient and observation) utilizing Interqual criteria
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills demonstrated by a positive attitude, pleasant, professional and cooperative demeanor with patients, physicians, fellow employees, and insurance companies
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Meditech
  • COVID vaccine required + booster- Medical exemption acceptable
  • Flu vaccine required – medical exemptions are acceptable
