Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC
Shift: Days / 6a-2:30p (8×5) 40 hours per week, Every weekend
Length: 13 weeks
May occasionally need to work other shifts, but primary need is for Days
Requirements:
- WA License
- 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- BLS

- Charting: Net Solutions
- NO First-Timers
- Float between like units
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Locals Accepted, Considered “local†within 50 mile radius
– Start Date: ASAP
– Shift: 8hr Days (40hrs/wk; may occasionally need to work other shifts, but primary need is for Days)
– Ratios: 1:15-25
– Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
– First-Timers Accepted: No
– Weekend REQ: EVERY WEEKEND
– Certs REQ: BCLS

Special Requirements
– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
– Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
– Traveler may be required to assist with shower aide duties
