Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN/LTC

Shift: Variable D/E, 2 (12’s) 7a-7p and 2 (8’s) 3p-11:30p, 36/40 hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • WV License
  • 1 year experience
  • BLS
  • Travel experience preferred
*75-mile travel radius. Local travelers within 75-miles
Local travelers are also limited to (2) 13-week contracts
ASAP start preferred.Profession: LPN
Specialty: Long-Term Care
Start: Any Monday, ~3-4 weeks from offer
Schedule: 2x12hr weekdays (7a-7p) and 2x8hr shifts (3p-11:30p) weekends
Duration: 13-weeks
BLS required
1 yr experience required
Travel experience preferred
*Every other weekend
*Scrub color: Any
***FLU VACCINE: Davis will consider medical exemptions. Travelers MUST provide a signed doctor’s note from their physician AND complete Davis’ medical exemption request form. Davis is NOT considering religious exemption requests
