Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele Trauma Unit 2

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW, EOH

Length: 13 weeks

No call requirements, every third weekend, 1 summer/1 winter holiday,very flexible with schedule

Requirements:

  • OH license
  • 1.5 years of MS/Tele nursing experience
  • Must be able to read and interpret tele
  • BLS
  • Travel experience preferred
No Local (50 mile radius)
•Title: Med Surg Ortho RN *must read and interpret tele*•Length: 13 weeks•Shift: night shift, 7p – 7a, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.•Desired start date: 04/15
No call requirements, every third weekend, 1 summer/1 winter holiday, VERY FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE
Minimum qualifications:•1.5 years of MS/Tele nursing experience•Travel experience preferred•Must be able to read and interpret tele•Must hold BLS certifications.
About the unit:
MS Tele unit, nursing ratios 5:1, can flex to 6:1 pending staffing (this rarely happens), RN draws labs,COVID patients on unit (RN provides primary care, ratio 3:1, rotation between staff to prevent burnoutMost surgical patients (Ortho, GYN, Spine, Urology etc.), ED patients (ex: DM, COPD, Headache, etc.)
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
Unit: GTHSP13520, Trauma Unit 2
