Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU – Clinical Decisions Unit 2F
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
**Please note: Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract**
Position: CDU (Clinical Decision “Observation†Unit) RNYears of Experience Required: 2 yearsRatios: 1:5 (D) 1:6 (NOC)Weekend Coverage: Every otherCertifications: BCLS and ACLS required, NIH preferredUnit Average Daily Census: 40Patient Ratio Required: 1:5Patient info: Observation, general medical, post-op PCI, post-op general and gynecological surgery, short-stay inpatient and/or extended outpatient stay, GI bleed, SBO, ESRD, CHF, COPD, chronic bi-pap/C-pap, stable CIWA.
Limited isolation patients, no chemo, no peritoneal dialysis, no acute bi-pap, no hemodynamically unstable pre-op, no post-op requiring stepdown level of care.
