Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• WA license
• 1 year LPN experience
• At least 1 YR of experience working with the frail and elderly, any relevant nursing experience with phlebotomy / cath changes / wound care
• First-Timers Accepted
• BLS
• Charting: EPIC

– Type of Facility: LTC / Outpatient clinic (PACE is an outpatient clinic type setting providing a range of services to our patients. We have a primary care clinic onsite operating 5 days a week. To qualify for PACE, our patients must be 55 and older, living in a community setting, and need assistance with some ADLs. In addition to the clinic, we also have rehab services, adult day health, and social services onsite for our patients.)
