Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU – PMPC-633

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • NC license
  • 2 years’ experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Skill Set: telemetry
  • Preferred Skills: Familiar with pulmonary patients, Bipaps, tracheostomy, chest tubes, wounds, wound vac, drains, renal patients, IV insertion, maintenance of central lines, and post-op monitoring
  • Experience with patients on ventilators preferred but not required
Others:
  • Advanced skills needed: Medication administration/instillation via chest tube. If RN does not have, our staff can train and check off for advanced competency.
  • Documentation system: Cerner/power chart
  • Floating policy: Float as all other staff to SD and Med-Surg units. We use a float/pull grid for fairness
