Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, EOW as needed
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
3/25 or 4/8 starts available.RN with discharge planning experience needed.Requirements:*Epic experience required (current or within 6 months)*2 years of Case Management experience*BLS in hand and must be provided with submittal*Compact or GA license.*Prior travel experience required*If the traveler has been remote for the past 6 months, they need to have worked with Epic and Interqual in the last 6 monthsRatios 1:25-30.
Shift:*Every other weekend as neededPatient population: Adults and GeriatricsGood Communication skills with providers, nursing staff and pt/family. Hours may exceed 8hour a day depending on pt load. CM is typically geographically assigned.
