Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – Occupational Medicine
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, On call required
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- MA License
- 5 years current clinical experience required
- 2 years Occupational Health experience required
- Must be a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) required, non-negotiable
- DOT Certification for Drug Screening Required
- AHA BLS
- Ergonomic Assessment Experience preferred
- Phlebotomy Experience Strongly Preferred
