Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN / Outpatient Clinic
Shift: Days / 7:45a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs/weekLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • VA license
  • 1 year experience in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Must be proficient in rooming patients, taking vitals, medication reconciliation, administering vaccines, and assisting provider
  • BLS
Others:
  • Will take first time travelers
  • May float to other clinics in the same building
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
