Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU Float Pool 48’s

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hours per week
Length:13 weeks

Weekend rotation: every other
Holiday Expectations: expect to work at least one major holiday and as needed

Requirements:

  • ME license
  • 1 Years’ Experience
  • BLS, ACLS
Other Details:
  • Chest Tubes, temp pacemakers (preferred not required), Cardiac drips (Cardizem, amiodarone) – protocols for rate changes
  • Reading/Interpreting Rhythm strips
  • PIV starts, trache care, dressing changes, wound vacs, PCA’s, heparin drips and insulin drips, total joint care, stroke
  • Floating: ED Holds (patients with inpatient orders awaiting a bed), PACU holds (patients with inpatient orders awaiting a bed).
