Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – CVICU/CCU

Shift: Days/ 6:45a-7:15p (12×3) 36 hours per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • TN License
  • 2 years experience
  • Must possess recent cardiac ICU experience to include STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac gtts
  • EPIC experience required
  • Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
  • Electronic Documentation required
  • Travel preferred
  • Cerner EMR experience is preferred
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
  • Community Hospital Experience preferred
Other Details
  • Locals accepted
  • Will be required to float as needed

1 year of recent EPIC experience from within the year, detailed on the profile, is required to be considered.Current travelers are not eligible for this role
This contract is offered exclusively to help us transition to our new electronic medical record system “Epicâ€. The expectation of the nurses and allied staff will be to provide both patient care and elbow support as our staff go to training classes and throughout go-live. Epic go-live will be on Oct. 5th. For Example: if you are asked a question about where to document certain data in Epic, you have that knowledge and are willing to assist our staff.
You will be required to test out of Epic trainingThis is considered an incentive rate (base rate plus bonus) to provide Epic support to the unit. This assignment is for 1 contract only.
Must possess recent cardiac ICU experience to include STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac gtts.Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification.2 yrs exp req, travel pref.
