We have a small subset of patients (CDU) who remain under the care of the ED physician overnight and receive stress testing in the morning. The AU staff work closely with a multidisciplinary group of providers and take pride in delivering episodic patient-family centered care while focusing on facilitating discharges and throughput to decompress the ED.
