Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ICU 48’s

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×4, 48 hours per week, EOW, No Call

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • SD License
  • 2 years of ICU experience
  • Experience with Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and trauma
  • Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry, strong critical thinking and assessment skills, working well in team setting, comfortable in fast pace setting with all critical patients.
  • Minimum 1 prior travel assignment
  • Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
  • BCLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
  • TNCC
  • Impella, IABP and CRRT – strongly preferred
  • Travel experience is most preferred
  • Cardiac experience is preferred
  • Post op experience is preferred
  • Epic experience
Could float to any adult floor – including Medsurg/Tele with 1:4 ratio.Must live 100 miles away from Facility
