Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MedSurg/Tele Float Pool
Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s) • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated. • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or o 1 dose bivalent vaccine • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte. • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.

Requirements:
- UT license
- 1 year experience
- AHA BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred
