Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Management
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- ME or Compact License
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Previous discharge planning and Acute Care Case Management experience, progression of care, experience meeting with families and discussing plans of care
- BLS
Other Details:
- EMR: Cerner
- Will accept a traveler with 1-year experience
- first-time traveler accepted
- Will cover Med/Tele and ICU (33-36 patients between the two areas).
