Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – BMT

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Some weekends required

Requirements:

  • GA License
  • 1 year minimum experience
  • Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
  • Stem cell experience a big plus
  • EPIC charting
  • CHEMO
  • AHA BLS, ACLS
  • 5 years experience preferred
  • OCN preferred
  • Electronic Documentation preferred
BMT RN for start up program. 3x12s, Days, 1900-0730. Stem cell experience a big plus! Volume will be low to start: looking for candidates to share expertise and help existing nurses learn. Float required (IMCU, depends on background). Every other weekend (or less) required based on staffing.

Pyxis medication system EPIC documentation, SBAR communication. Provider Support: Pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, rapid response teams, respiratory services, transportation, unit secretary. Provider Coverage: Intensivist, CRNA, Hospitalist, and Anesthesiologist 12hr/day, 24hr on call, and NP in house 24/7.

1 year experience REQUIRED, 5 years preferred. BMT/Stem Cell/Cellular Therapy experience BIG PLUS. First time traveler with robust background will be considered. 36 hours orientation with 24 on floor. Black scrubs (not provided).

Certifications REQUIRED: BLS (AHA only, no Heart Code); ACLS (AHA only); CHEMO cert (OCN preferred)
