Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – LTC 48’s
Shift: Nights / 6p-6:30a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36’s, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
Requirements:
  • OR License
  • 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
  • BLS
Other Details:
  • No First-Timers
  • Float within scope to meet facility needs
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
  • Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local†within 50 mile radius
Long Term Care LPN Start Date: ASAP– Shift: 12hr NOCs (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)– Ratios: 1:10-15– Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience– First-Timers Accepted: No– Weekend REQ: Yes, Every other weekend– Certs REQ: BLS– Is on-call REQ? No– Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes– Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local†within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate– Pending License Accepted: Yes– RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
