Registered Nurse – Clinical Manager

Reports directly to Director of Nursing Inpatient Services. Reports indirectly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Provides direction of Perinatal Services including Antepartum, Triage, L&D, Mom/Baby, Peds Neonate, and Nursery. The Perinatal Nurse Manger provides day-to-day supervision to all assigned department staff including Clinical Staff Educator (CSE), RN, and Department Clerk/LVN. Works in collaboration with the Perinatal Medical Staff Service Chief, and medical staff who utilize the clinical care areas. Collaborates with all members of the Healthcare Team in the coordination of patient care activities.
