SICU Sharp Memorial--Must have strong LVAD, RVAD, IABP, CRRT Prev Travel and 3 Years ICU experience with level I trauma experience ICU Reference within six months, ICU SCL witthin a year CA RN license (#, expiration) BLS, ACLS, NIH must be uploaded with the file. EPIC Charting Experience COVID Vaccination required, religious and medical exemptions will not be accepted. ICU reference within the last six months 50 Mile Radius Rule SSN and DOB
