Job Description
This outstanding organization is looking for the right Home Health RN to join their team of compassionate and driven home health care professionals. RN will Case Manage 20-25 patients with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day.
Coastal area located between the summer resort area of Kennebunk and the fun of Portland ME. About 1.5hrs north of Boston
