- Years of Experience: 2 - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed - Level 1 Trauma experience within a 500+ bed hospital required - Submission Packet must show # of beds, Trauma Level and EMR on their Work History or they will be dropped - Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius - RTO at time of submission (ANYTHING SENT AFTER SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE APPROVED) - Proof of covid vax must be in profile at time of submission- MEDICAL declinations accepted (Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped)
