First-time traveler: Yes, 1 yr- 1.5 yrs experience in MS if they sign a 20-26 wk contract
They will get an ADDITIONAL 2-3 shifts of UNIT orientation for a total of 4/5 shifts. We'll begin with 4 and add an additional if necessary.
Will also accept: 18 months+ of experience (LTAC/Rehab okay) with at least 6 months of MedSurg (prefers MS to be recent)
Staff has to be gone for 3 months before returning as a traveler. From last shift worked to start date
Will be assigned a home unit on the first day of orientation.

Our CCC — with 120 beds in semi-private rooms — offers three distinct services:
Subacute care: This is the highest level of care available in our long-term care setting. The CCC provides 25 beds dedicated to residents with ventilator and tracheostomy requirements. Clinical staff is specially trained to meet the unique needs of these patients. The CCC is one of the few facilities in Southern California providing this level of care.

This role provides direct clinical patient care.

Bariatric surgery program - Onsight at Sunnybrook clinic
Pediatric experience - as there will be some cross-coverage for the peds general surgeon. The majority of the contract will be message management (triaging patient messages and calls) pre and post-op phone calls and teachings, some office visits to do in-person teachings, suture/staple removals and wound checks.
