Level III NICU patient population; no cooling, no nitric oxide. Must be able to do heel sticks, start PIVs, special equipment: iStat machine, glucometer, central line – UA and UV. Only reasonable time off considered 3-7 days, which will need to be screened to client. Ratio - 1:1-2 ICU Babies, 1:3-4 grower feeders. / Navy Scrubs / natural nails / Floating required, if need, to L&D as NAN, and post-partum to help with babies. No self-scheduling.
