Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU SE10 48’s Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×4, 48hrs per week Length: 18 weeks Requirements: OH license 1.5 years’ experience and some level 1 or 2 preferred Must have SD/PCU experience to be considered Must have vent experience BLS ACLS NIH EPIC exp required IV Start preferred Travel experience preferred Other Details: Traveler will be first to float Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment Local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility **For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours** Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. (local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility) **Targeted patient ratios are 1:4-6 ** **must have vent exp Must have the following requirements:• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment• BLS, ACLS, and NIH. IV Start preferred• Nurses will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred• Travel experience preferredEPIC exp required Floating and Other Requirements:• Traveler will be first to float at Premier’s discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID.• If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract.• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine.• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
