Travel PICU RN is needed to start ASAP in a facility in Wisconsin. WI or compact license is required. 36 hrs/week, Day/Night rotation, typically 12 hr shifts, AB weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend). Pediatrics and CVICU experience is required. 2 years of experience. BLS and NRP are required. The Registered Nurse systematically and continuously collects and assesses data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic care with the patient and/or family. He/she performs all required elements of a nursing assessment including but not limited to physical examination, assessment of readiness to learn, psychosocial assessment, functional assessment and utilization of patient/family specific assessment scales as required. The Registered Nurse is an active member of the multidisciplinary team and collaborates in the development, execution and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care or critical pathway. Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Critical Care/CCU Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36hrs per week Length: 13 weeks Including weekend rotation; must agree to be in the call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period Requirements: CO RN License 2 years RN Critical Care experience is required At least 1 year Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting AHA BLS AHA ACLS AHA PALS CVICU experience is a plus Others: EMR Used: Meditech Must be willing to cross-train to pediatrics, care for intermediate care patients and float to med surg if needed.
