Long Term Care LPN – Issaquah, WA– Dates: June – August– Shift: 3x12h NOCs (1800 – 0630)– Ratios: 1:15-25– Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience– First-Timers Accepted: No– Weekend REQ: Every other weekend– Certs REQ: BCLS– Is on-call REQ? No– Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes– Open to accommodating block schedule?
