Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Complex Case Manager

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, M-F
Length:13 weeks

Requirements:

  • MS license
  • 5 years Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital
  • Would consider ADN with extensive Complex Case Management experience
  • BLS
  • ACM, C-SWCM, CBHCM
  • CCM preferred
  • BSN preferred
Other Details:
EMR : EPICCommon types of patients & job duties: Medically and socially complex patients that require some “out of the box†thinking to get them moved.
