Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN- Case Manager
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week
Length: 13 weeks
Need to work 2 weekend shifts per 4 week period
Requirements:
**Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience**1st time travelers are accepted
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, GeriatricsEpic Charting
Required Certs/Skills:BCLSBSN
Job Duties: The RN Care Coordinator is responsible for determining the appropriateness of hospital admission, and for advocating, coordinating and facilitating the interdisciplinary plan of care to expedite medically appropriate, effective, efficient, and time utilization of resource for maximum patient outcomes.
Unit: 8750 Case Management
Epic Travel Staffing:
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week
