Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC
Shift: Mids / 2p-10:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • OR License
  • 1 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
  • BLS

  • Float within scope to meet facility needs
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
  • Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local†within 50 mile radius
Long Term Care LPN – Mt. Angel, Oregon– Start Date: ASAP– Shift: 8hr Eves, Sunday-Thursday– Ratios: 1:15-25– Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience– First-Timers Accepted: No– Weekend REQ: Yes– Certs REQ: BLS– Is on-call REQ? No– Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes– Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local†within 50 mile radius– Pending License Accepted: Pend Lic OK– RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
