Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Cath Lab

Shift: Days/ 7:30a-4p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 Weeks

Weekend: 1 Weekend a month or two
On-Call: Will need to take call either 1 weekend a month or 2

Requirements:

  • SC/Compact License
  • 1 year Cath Lab experience
  • Impella insertion, cardioversion, and tilt table study experience
  • Cath Lab experience
  • AHA ACLS
  • AHA BLS
***RADIATION BADGE IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY AGENCY***

***Travelers have to be within 30 mins or less from the facility when on call for STEMIs***

About the Position
Position / Specialty: Cath Lab RN Days
Shift: 5x8s, Monday – Friday 730am – 4pm, unless cases are done earlier or end later then they flex off to volume
Ratios: N/A
Weekend REQ: One weekend a month or two
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, will need to take call either one weekend a month or two
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities?

Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: at least one year in Cath Lab
First-timers accepted: Yes
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS, ACLS
Trauma Level REQ: N/A
Special Requirements: Cath Lab Experience, manager would also like someone that has Impella insertion, cardioversion, and tilt table study experience
