Registered Nurse – Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Required Upon Submission: Minimum # Years Clinical Experience Required: Two years. Completion of 500hrs PCI certified working in a Cardiac Cath Lab in Hospital with Open Heart Surgery program. Prior Travel Experience Required: No Certifications Required: Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Licenses/Certifications: Current STATE Nursing license; BLS and ACLS certification required. No work history gaps over 30 days w/o explanation. Must have Trauma Level, EMR, and Number of Beds filled out. 2 References- dated no more than 12 months old. Skills Checklist-- dated no more than 12 months old. All RTO must be in packet at time of submission.
