The story of Greenlife Healthcare Staffing begins with a challenge: we worked hard to get our fledgling pharmacogenomics testing business off-the ground when we ran into an unexpected obstacle: we simply couldn’t find enough qualified and experienced people to support our growth.
Disappointments are hard, but once you are over the shock, they are also great learning opportunities and we had just learned a very valuable lesson: finding qualified people is what hospitals, clinics, independent practices and skilled care facilities struggle with every day. Qualified professionals are looking for competent and personalized help with identifying their next career move – not just finding another job.
And so the idea for Greenlife Healthcare Staffing was born: a company that helps medical organizations fill their critical permanent and temporary staffing needs and finds positions for medical professionals, who are looking for new opportunities.
This, it turns out, was a winning idea!
